Workout Class Information
Trainer Z's self-created Group Workout Classes are regularly scheduled and conducted at 'The Karate School' in Dobbs Ferry (96 Main St). There are no levels; the workout classes are conducted in a format that allows participants of any age and individual level of conditioning to participate, every one performs at their own pace.
Boot Camp Kick - A Kick-Your-Butt Physical Conditioning Workout! This is the workout routine that will effectively challenge you to perform at a higher level than you are currently at. You will greatly increase your overall stamina and muscle strength.
Body Circuit - A Back-To-Basics Physical Improvement Workout! Engage in some social interaction and intense fun while gaining the great benefits of improved muscle strength and tone, and overall improved physical conditioning with this circuit style workout routine.
Strength-N-Motion - A Total Body Muscle Pumping Workout! This workout routine is structured for you to achieve increased levels of total body muscle development and muscle endurance while burning up lots of calories, carbs and fat.
