About Trainer Z

Hello, I am Trainer Z ‘The Fitness Motivator’. I have over 30 years of fitness knowledge which translates to my professional expertise in providing fitness consultations, conducting fitness evaluation tests, designing group exercise routines, and creating highly personalized fitness programs according to one’s individual level of fitness and specific fitness goal.

Unlike many trainers; I posses the rare ability to fitness troubleshoot as generalities in fitness generally do not work for everyone. I have successfully trained individuals ranging from 13 to 85 years of age; helping them to achieve their fitness goals and/or improve their overall quality of life.

Beyond my many years of knowledge and applied expertise; what truly sets me apart as an elite fitness trainer is my deep sensibility to identify with each individual person, ascertain the lifestyle factors that may exist in their life and counsel them appropriately so that they have the best possible chance of making their fitness goals a fitness reality.

Group Workout Classes

Step It Up and experience the intense fun of my self-created Dynamic Group Workout Classes in Dobbs Ferry. The group workout classes are strength and cardio structured for a true total-body-workout experience. The group workout classes are ideal for all fitness levels since each class is conducted in a format that actually allows participants of any age and any level of physical conditioning to participate and perform at their own individual pace. - All classes are 50 minutes in duration.

Body Circuit - A Back-To-Basics physical improvement workout. Participants get to engage in a bit of social interaction and intense fun while gaining the great benefits of improved muscle strength and tone, as well as improved overall physical conditioning in this circuit style workout routine.

Boot Camp Kick - A Kick-Your-Butt physical conditioning workout. This is the workout routine that will effectively challenge each individual to perform at a higher level than they are accustomed to. Participants will greatly improve their overall stamina and strength.

Strength-N-Motion - A Total-Body Muscle-Pumping workout. This workout routine is my featured group workout routine; structured so that participants achieve increased levels of total body muscle development and muscle endurance.

WORKOUT CLASS PREPAID PRICING:
- $18.00 per Class - '30 Day Use Them or Lose Them'. This discounted option is based on you prepaying for a specific number of group workout classes that you plan to attend within a 30 day period.
- $22.00 per Class - 'Pay as You Play'. This full price option is available if you don't want the '30 Day Use Them or Lose Them' option.

- For your convenience; you may pay for classes via Cash, Check, Money Order, or Securely Online via Credit Card
- Every 30 day period starts with the date that you attend the first replenishment class!
- Prepaid classes do not rollover; all prepaid classes must be utilized within a 30 day period!
- In the event that a workout class is canceled on a particular date; you will receive a time period extension.

Your Fitness Goal: If you have specific fitness goals; you can utilize me as your personal fitness trainer. You will benefit greatly by engaging in goal-based personal training sessions, receive targeted instruction, direct performance attention, and fitness accountability.

  • 45 minute and 60 minute goal-based training sessions are available.
  • Semi-private fitness training (up to 3 individuals who have similar fitness goals) is available.

Fitness Evaluation Test: If you want to schedule for private fitness training, you first need to be given a ‘Fitness Evaluation Test’ to determine specific details about your current level of fitness, and then receive a fitness consultation to review your test results and determine the best fitness approach for achievement.

Fitness Evaluation Testing

Fitness Evaluation Testing is available for anyone wanting to get an assessment of their current level of physical conditioning.

    Testing consists of the following 10 protocols:
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Pre and Post Blood Oxygen Saturation Levels
  • Sit & Reach Test for Flexibility
  • Push Up Test for Strength
  • Crunch Test for AB Endurance
  • Bench Press Test for Strength
  • Wall Ball Squat Test for Leg Endurance
  • Bicep Curl Test for Arm Strength and Endurance
  • Balance Disc Test for Balance
  • 3 Minute Step Test for Elevated Heart Rate

  • $85.00 per 45 minute goal-based training session.
  • $75.00 per 45 minute session. This is the discounted price for 8 sessions paid in advance.
  • $95.00 per 60 minute goal-based training session.
  • $85.00 per 60 minute session. This is the discounted price for 8 sessions paid in advance.
  • Semi-Private Fitness Training
  • $76.00 per 60 minute goal-based training session. This is the price for each individual.
  • $68.00 per 60 minute session. This is the discounted price for 8 sessions paid in advance by each individual.
  • Fitness Evaluation Test
  • $60.00 for Fitness Evaluation Test and Consultation
